This 1940s-look herringbone wool suit is a new premium offering from us at Revival, carefully replicated from an original forties vintage suit jacket and trousers. With its classic midcentury aesthetic, this suit is perfect for the fashion-forward gent. The jacket and trousers are a versatile and neutral dark green shade, sure to pair well with other items in your wardrobe when not worn as a full suit.
Jacket:
- Three-button fastening, with deep brown leather-look buttons. Single button at each cuff.
- Two front patch pockets with a centre pleat and button fastening.
- Asymmetrical buttoned breast pocket, which is replicated exactly from the original suit jacket in our archive (see image).
- Neat collar with rounded notch lapels. Buttonhole decor.
- No back vents.
- Fully lined in complimentary sateen fabric. Two internal pockets.
Trousers:
- Vertical side seam pockets.
- Button fly with French bearer.
- Turn up the hem cuffs.
- Back pocket with button-down flap.
- Buttons for attaching trouser braces or suspenders.
- Double pleat fronts.

Fabric content is 40% wool, 60% polyester, which makes for a soft, medium-weight fabric with a durable forties look.
